How to manage multiple clients on Vapi?
Hi all. I wonder how you manage multiple clients on Vapi. Do you create one Vapi account for each client? Do you keep all the AI agents in one account? Or maybe you create multiple organizations for clients under one single account? I appreciate any help you can provide.

There is no problem of managing multiple client in single account untill and unless you are handling the call charges. Clients always ask for detailed report of call charges and consumption. If you are managing call charges of each agent separate in a google sheet or in a database using agent level webhooks then there is no harm to manage all clients in same vapi account.

@Alejo and Paige Pijuan Oneinbox is focus towards building a single platform for all your communication channel driven by AI agents. We have started with voice because I previously built a Ucaas Platform (aircall alternative), Cpaas Platform (twilio alternative) so I am very close to the problems with IVR/Call centres.. Very soon we will enable Agents to be deployed on SMS, Whatsapp, Messenger etc. Its not a whitelabel platform of any platform, however you can setup whitelabel on oneinbox in just 5 min as it focused on agencies and ai automation experts. So in nutshell our focus lies on 1. Super Clean and simple UX 2. Responsibility to deliver consistent results by fine-tuning LLM based on all the past experiance and data we have. We are currently building Vertical LLMs e.g a Real-estate model which is trained and can only do jobs related to real estate.. 20x more efficient than any general LLMs.. 3. Dedicated support and handholding for agencies (no matter which package you are in) 4. We are not cheapest but the most valuable platform.. "Can you import custom agents into the dashboard/platform?" DO you mean connecting you custom llm ?
Google Calendar link instead of Celandly Link
I just watched an Alejo video in which he shared how to book an appointment by sending a Celandly link through SMS. So I have a question Can we send a Google Calendar link instead of a Celandly link to book an appointment?

Create an appointment schedule in google calendar and setup your calendar. Once you setup you will see the calendar link at the end of the process, Just copy and paste in your SMS content..
