Thinking of hosting a Voice AI Hackathon for the whole community to come together and build live, so please answer the poll to gauge the level of experience and facilitate team-forming appropriately :) Cheerfully, Alejo
Welcome to a new era of lead closing systems.📊 This fully customizable system calls a new lead as soon as it comes into the pipeline and engages the prospect with full context of the lead's information and what your company sells. This system is excellent for booking appointments and transforming your marketing channels into money machines. 💸
I love it. Using GHL for customer information management and Vapi for calling is great. This is a very nice way to remove any middle integration like make or n8n and just get things done
@Alejo and Paige Pijuan that is so great to hear. So happy for you guys. I made my first sale to a LawFirm 2 days ago - it was through a sales partner so I haven’t cracked the code on getting my own leads yet Another thing I’ve found is that my Vapi bot does not consistently trigger my functions. Sometimes it says the booking link out loud instead of triggering the function Still, 80% there is better than nothing
Actually I have been building voice agents for now 2 months and the most common problem I faced is that the voice agents get the email wrong . If it gets the email correct it sometimes pronounces it wrongly or speaks very fast...Is there any fix for that? If yes please tell me I would be grateful for it
@Shivam Das Twilio mms is possible I suggest you break down the user journey more Maybe have a form they fill out before you call. Then you can send over any information to them
Hey all... I'm just reaching out to see if anyone is using n8n and connecting that to Vapi. Do you like it or not? Seems if you can get it working would be a good workflow automation especially if you self-host or have a good cloud provider, might keep costs down. Curious about your thoughts...
@Alejo and Paige Pijuan thanks guys. @Curtis Hunton yes I am doing everything you mentioned, using Vapi and a self hosted version of n8n I like it very much and use my self hosted n8n instance freely for any projects that come to mind
