Hi all,
I'm basically trying to figure out how to manage multiple clients, some of which will need high concurrent calls. Any help / advice from your experiences is most valued!
1) Do I need to create a new account for every client?
2) Has anyone used their Enterprise and know their max concurrency? I'm afraid it might not be high enough.
3) Anyone who has experience with dealing with high inbound agents and knows a system for handling this so as to simulate a high traffic call center using voice agents, please DM me
