Concurrency and Account Management
Hi all, I'm trying to understand the best way to manage multiple clients and handle concurrency on Vapi. I'm having trouble finding the information on their Discord and thought I'd try here. I did see this thread (https://www.skool.com/amplify-voice-9801/buil-hours-questions-concurrency?p=d0b1d1e5) but don't know if anything has changed recently since it is a couple months old. I'm basically trying to figure out how to manage multiple clients, some of which will need high concurrent calls. Any help / advice from your experiences is most valued! 1) Do I need to create a new account for every client? 2) Has anyone used their Enterprise and know their max concurrency? I'm afraid it might not be high enough. 3) Anyone who has experience with dealing with high inbound agents and knows a system for handling this so as to simulate a high traffic call center using voice agents, please DM me

Background Noise issues
Hi all, I'm having trouble with a VAPI agent picking up background noise on calls and being interrupted (even though the caller isn't talking, they just have a loud background or are on speaker phone). I have enabled "Background Denoising" but it didn't seem to help. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you solve it?

To clarify, a sizable portion of customers calling client agents tend to call and be on speaker phone or have a noisy background, which the AI picks up on and gets "interrupted". Vapi has a setting to reduce this (Background Denoising) which I always enable, but it's not enough. A certain percentage of calls just go wrong, with the AI unable to answer because it "hears" what it thinks is the user talking and gets interrupted. It leads to a poor user experience, but I'm not sure how to solve. As a lot people seem to call with noisy backgrounds due to speaker phone I've even considered putting a "to help me best understand you, please make sure you are not on speaker phone" message at the front of the call - but that's not ideal at all

Hi all, Chris here. I run a small AI agency near Mobile, AL, and use VAPI to create voice agents. I've followed along with Alejo and Page's videos (and learned much, thank you!) and so here I am. Hoping to learn more.
