Client delivery - apps logins

Hello all - new to delivery of solutions to clients :)

I have a client who I'll be building a Make automation for.

How do we go about 'sharing' the Make scenario with the client when we are testing and then afterwards to deliver the project?

I have the same question for customGPT.
