anchor text relevancy

Hello everyone, I am looking for a script to test on a large scale the relevance of the text anchors of my site in relation to the target content. I tried with the BERT and cosine similarity algorithms but I did not have a satisfactory result. Bert provide keywords from the scraped content and compare them with the anchor text to test matching with cosine similarity.

Does someone has some suggestions ?
