So the topic isn't necessarily directly linked to my Real Estate Agency but I just want to bring up an example of how the biggest profit margin isn't always your main product/service.
Coffee.
The biggest profit margin in the coffee business, is the single use cup supplier. Very surprising! The "housing" device for the coffee. While in some places you can purchase yourself a reusable cup (Planet Conscience recycling) Or do you buy your coffee and make it yourself. Can you relate this to how you make money? For example are an Agency owner are you making more money from digital marketing or do you make more money from client referrals? There is a lot to unpack I'd be interested to continue the conversation in the comments.
