Anyone experience with sighing real estate clients without a contract?

Hello everyone, I have a digital design agency and I was wondering if anyone had experience in the real estate niche with contracts, I'm too young to create them so I have to do one time and monthly services without a contract. Do you guys think this is a good idea to go without contracts in the real estate niche or are there better alternatives?

Hoping anyone has some experience in the no contract space.
