Native English sales people on a budget
Hey everyone, I'm looking to hire someone who can manage both my cold calls and closing with a combined commission of around $700-$800 per sale and was wondering where you guys have found your salespeople if you have any or recommendations of where to make hiring posts and contact people.

@Bilal Fayyaz I'll have a look man, thanks!
Are Contracts Necessary?
Since I'm a minor and haven't registered my business yet, I'm unable to create a service contract for my clients, have any of you guys experience this to be a major problem or trust killer for clients? or don't clients really care about stuff like that? I'm in the real estate niche btw.

@Marques Pizarro I’m not at risk since the clients pay upfront, it’s for them. Do you think an memorandum of understanding do you think it’ll cover it?

@Marques Pizarro thanks man, I’ll look into them!
Which offer would you recommend?
Hey guys, got a quick question which offer would you guys recommend for roofers in Germany. Obviously led gen + facebook ads ist the most common. I also have done this in other niches and countries but what would you recommend?

If you have experience with the service and know what to do, then leadgen would be a good option. But also definitely first research the pain points they face and the possible cause for that, then try to solve the cause with your service.
I'm 15 years old agency owner and I need advice.
For the past 3 months I've been building my digital design agency, I was already doing outreach once I decided to tell my parents about everything, they where surprised and started doing some research. Turns out I can't legally have a business like this and can't make contracts, which sucks since I want monthly services which in always every niche requires a contract for the client to be comfortable. Also they don't like me pretending to be older and want me to be honest about my age and maybe try to build a brand around it and make my age and advantage, which I don't think will work that well and will probably look kinda cringe. I don't know what route to go now and how to handle this situation the best at my age and was wondering if someone has some advice for me.

@Jeff Thomas I think it was because of the outreach and will first try this with my improved outreach method and see how it goes, and if it doesn't work after a month or 2 I'll consider your idea. Everyone says that I need to stick to something first so that's what I'm going to do. Seriously thank you for your time and all the advice you gave me!
Anyone experience with sighing real estate clients without a contract?
Hello everyone, I have a digital design agency and I was wondering if anyone had experience in the real estate niche with contracts, I'm too young to create them so I have to do one time and monthly services without a contract. Do you guys think this is a good idea to go without contracts in the real estate niche or are there better alternatives? Hoping anyone has some experience in the no contract space.
