Welcome to the ACDA Accountability Group! We’re a supportive community dedicated to enhancing our health and fitness over the next 30 days. Together, we’ll set clear, measurable personal goals and regularly share our progress to stay motivated and accountable. Whether you’re aiming to increase your workout frequency, improve your nutrition, or achieve specific fitness milestones, this is the place to inspire and be inspired. Let’s embark on this journey together, celebrate our successes, and push through the challenges!
To participate, I'd ask that everyone share a few things:
- Your name and the country you live in (if you'd like to share a photo of yourself too, feel free).
- What is (at least) one numerical goal you will set and work toward over the next 30 days? For example, your goal could be "exercise for at least 20 mins. three times per week" or "no alcohol for 30 days" or "run 75 miles over the next 30 days." It can be anything that you would like to work on.
- How would you rate your general health and fitness on a scale of 1 - 10 right now? The purpose here is to see if you've improved that over the next 30 days. This is all based on your own internal feelings and there is no right or wrong answer.
