Being in the best possible physical shape you can be in provides SOOO many more benefits than meet the eye, although those are good too 😂. Ok then. Enough said. Get to work. 💪

Had a LONG day yest. Slept about 4 hrs. Woke up feeling lethargic. Considered just laying around like a f*cking slug all day like most guys on Sunday. Then I remembered I CAN’T do that. Because I don’t want the same results as most guys. I want exceptional results. And that requires exceptional action, even when I don’t feel like doing anything. So I hit the gym and ran for the first time in years. Then I continued to punish my body with a full body HIIT workout and a sauna session. Now I’m back at my house, after a nice cold shower. Wifey coming dinner. NOW, I can relax and not feel guilty. ⚡️Let me know what YOU did today to seperate yourself from the herd.

So today i had a school fitness test, & i got maybe one fo the school time best scores. We did pushups, situps and ball throwing. And in my schools second best score was this year 20pushups. And i did 50 Pushups in a minute, then 50situps and 13 perfect scores in ball thing. And in my school there are 500 ppl. And im 14 years old too so 2010 born, but stay hard
