How KogonFit University has helped me
For the past 3-4 days I've been a member of the KogonFit University, and I've been trying new plyo techniques. I know it will take a while for me to dunk beacuse I'm 5'6, but if I stay consistent by using the free workouts that are provided in The Classroom section I will be dunking soon. Rember we are all a team and please give out tips to each other it will really help each other grow and become the best version's of ourselves. πŸ’―

Dont be afraid to ask questions everyone is a team here personally me i have asked a lot of questions and it benefited me a lot, its only been a week and i barely get knee pain now and thats because i took every answer and used it to my advantage

What's up guys, we're thinking about making some updates to the community. What do you think about a coaching program that gives you: - personalized coaching plans - personalized diet plans - weekly form checks - 1 on 1 calls with Aaron - Access to all of the locked courses in the classroom section

Progress so far
I can definitely feel a difference yesterday i tried jumping full force and I definitely jumped higher then ever before and it hasnt been a month yet im so happy to see all the hard work paid off, im gonna keep up with the consistency and ill let yall know the progress again, let me know your progress in the replies.
