3+ years in course creation and coaching (LESSONS) π£
I've been coaching for slightly over 3 years now and I started coaching as a side-hustle but always thought about it as a "quick way" to make money. Bad freaking idea! My coaching biz changed when I started thinking backwards. βοΈ Instead of Outreach --> Sales --> Coaching I changed my mindset to focus on the coaching part first. Asked myself a few important questions: Does what I teach genuinely help people? Am I in my niche because of the money? Would I coach these people for free as a hobby? Tried and failed 2 coaching businesses to get to where I am now. Moral of the story: Sales and Acquisition is undeniably important. But never as important as the "product". Sales is queen because it takes you as far as you want in the game of business Product is king because a bad product will cause you to lose in the game of business A good product is the difference between a business and a sketchy program. I have way more to share but attention spans are short haha π Comment your thoughts :)
