I spent over $550 in Ads for Home Improvement and I only got 2 leads that filled out there phone number and selected the question of how much budget they have. High quality leads but so little than I expected. What am I doing wrong I have dynamic creative on and 15+ Different Picture ads and 3 different ad copy's for each ad. PLEASE HELP

I am running home improvement ads. What should I expect from my ads after I ran them for 2 weeks. I have dynamic creative turned on. What should I do to try optimizing my ads. Here are my ads and what my forms look like give me your feed back.

I've done Facebook ads for a long time and in the first week of running ads for Car Detailing when I still was in that niche, I would get a lead but I would run a video ad. Here for bathroom remodels I spent already $144 in the last 5 days and nothing and I'm doing picture ads because I heard that is what works best in Home Improvement, his offer is $2000 off a bathroom remodel. Just wanted to hear what is working for them in home improvement what type of ads and format. I understand that I need to give it time I have 7 different ads with 3 different picture arrangement for each ad to ad slight variation. 3 ads out of 7 are before and after's and 4 out of 7 being the end result of the bathroom remodels. Here are some of the ads that I have what do you guys think? I am running $30 a day. Want to know should I do Video ads maybe? I also threw in how my lead form is setup I need clients that have a minimum of $20,000 budget because he is a more high end type of guy. I also have them manually fill out their numbers and then I automatically get their phone numbers.

My potential client is in the home improvement business and he is sold on the idea of we grow if you grow and wants to hear what we have but the biggest thing is that he doesn't know how to hire the right people or how to hire the people that are good employs or workers. Does anyone know how to hire correctly and what is needed to have a good worker or team or employees anything in the space that will help. The niche is home improvement don't know if any of you guys have in your business that you help hiring for your clients or have a frame work or guide line would appreciate also if @Dylan Wilson, @Stefan Vdv or @Noah Kent. Or any admin in the community because this question I think is a bit higher end.
