How to handle/overcome the objection I’ve been burned by other marketing agency’s

Anyone here in a gatekeeper-heavy niche who has built a successful cold outbound system? I'm starting to run ads but also want to continue building my cold calling team as a predictable second stream of revenue. My guys are running into a lot of gatekeepers since we're working with chiros and they're struggling to get in contact with the doctors. If anyone knows of a good way to reach more of the doctors or be able to get to them through the gatekeepers I'd appreciate it!
