Hi everyone I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Tyrone Jones I used to be an healthy fit football player. Since finishing football my diet and lifestyle hasn't been the best. I'm looking to improve my diet and make a lifestyle change by getting back in the gym and taken on board the advice given to me by Aled. Wishing everyone all the best in this challenge!
