Cardio before or after strength training?
My goal is fat loss. Is it best to do cardio before or after weights? And if it's after do you recommend a warm up before I start on the weights. Thank you Clueless x

I generally would say do your cardio after weights because you have more energy for your strength training and you will lift more weight However- I sometimes do a bit before then a bit after. You can then warm up a bit for the session and then have less to do after
