Introducing Justin!!
Optimize fellas....I want to introduce you guys to @Justin Baro !! He was consistent in the gym during Covid, but has fallen off in the past few years...he struggles with the "skinny fat" look, but we see huge potential and he is hungry to unlock it!! He works at Disney, just went to Japan, and is ready to break out of the "Doom Scrolling" habit Let's give him an optimal welcome!

My 5 Year Journey from Stagnant to Self-Confident...
5 years ago I had just won the “biggest procrastinator” award for the 4th year in a row. I never tried my best. I always did the bare minimum. I was totally okay with being the guy who would just “go with the flow” I was coasting through life. I was stagnant, and I’d spend most of my time just scrolling my phone, texting, or playing video games. It was hard for me to realize it at the time, but this lack of effort was making a huge dent on my self-confidence. I couldn’t see a vision for myself. I didn’t wake up with passion or purpose. It was like I had a constant fog in my mind holding me back. I didn’t like to confront this fact, so I would just try to find more things to distract me. It was a vicious downward cycle. When I went to college, I was on my own, and my bad habits continued… I had just went through a breakup, and failed my first accounting exam. At my lowest moment, it just dawned on me… “If i don’t do anything different, nothing is going to change” I decided I was done slacking. I was tired of letting myself down. I was tired of doing the bare minimum. I committed to start trying my best, and I started with one simple thing: the gym. I had gone to the gym before, but this time it was different. It wasn’t about looking good to show off to others, it wasn’t even about being healthy… I had a simple goal in mind: be the best version of myself and actually start making myself proud for once. Guess what? …..it worked. I started showing up every week and pushing myself. I was setting records left and right. I started to actually enjoy fueling my body. I was building a ton of new muscle, and for the first time in my life, I realized a powerful lesson… I learned what it meant to EARN my self-confidence. Fast forward 5 years later, and I haven’t wavered. I’ve now spent over 2,000 hours in the gym. I’ve served over 200 clients. I’ve serviced over 3,000 training sessions. I spend every waking moment leading by example, and trying to help others come to this same life changing realization.
