Oh my goodness! I am in deep gratitiude for both you, Nico and Anastasiya for todays session. The Breathwork portion was incredibly groundbreaking and deeply moving for me. It was a safe space to be in and I felt more connected to myself than I have been in a moment. This was precisely everything it needed to be to close out the 5 days!! I was not expecting this, but the exhilarating power behind the breath is what brought this week all together for me for a compelling and pivotal moment for magic to happen! I released so much. Tears upon tears. Thank you humbly šŸ™šŸ¼ Nico your comment about the mango tree can only produce mangoesā€¦ ahh that was the lightbulb moment for me, as I am somebody who has multiple avenues I can access for income, but there is one that ignited my passion and Keeps calling and it pulls me, itā€™s what I know will require more growth, but I will grow while Iā€™m walking in that path. It doesnā€™t have to be perfect to begin. Thank you!
Sometimes a teacher, always a student
Hi beautiful people šŸ’— I'm Michelle, currently in Toronto & lover of all things health + wellness. I am a yoga practitioner and teacher with a background in kinesiology & health sciences. I help people feel good in their bodies by guiding them back to themselves through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Through my personal experience with spinal and digestive issues, I've learned that the body is a perfectly designed self-healing organism with innate wisdom. I believe that movement is medicine and sharing it with others brings me so much joy. I am here because I want to clarify my message and learn how to communicate it more effectively. I tend to overthink my writing and I often experience "paralysis by analysis." I also feel shy when it comes to sharing authentically on social media, perhaps because I subconsciously fear being judged or that I'm not good enough. I dream of hosting yoga and wellness retreats + events, of sharing various healing modalities and connecting with likeminded people. I spent the past year living abroad in Israel, teaching English in an elementary school. I fell in love with Tel Aviv and have decided to move there in the fall. I feel a new chapter is beginning for me and while I am very exited for all the changes that lie ahead, I also have a lot of fears around how I am going to support myself, and whether it will be through doing what I love or not. If you've made it this far, thank you kindly for taking the time to read. Sending all my love!

Business Win
Iā€™ve mentioned in another post that I have been working with a couple other women and we have been hosting spiritual immersions each quarter. I shared the video with one of my business partners, to get her input. It was the first time I had expressed my desire to ditch the shadow work teachings (other than getting started) & dive into sharing with others the thought of bringing their Divine Essence into their being to create with. I told her, ā€œwhy are we channeling Divine beings, when we can Become our own Divine Being? Thatā€™s the goal isnā€™t it? Then we have to ask ourselves, who is creating this reality? Our Human self or our Divine Self? Letā€™s get to work!ā€ She received it well and said she had been having similar thoughts but wasnā€™t sure how to express it. šŸ˜… whew! Thankful and grateful!

I noticed that I have been over pouring into my partner vs my own self. Committing to this course was one of the pivotal moments for me to grip the steering wheel with two hands and steer my self back on course. As Iā€™ve been diving in each day, I can say the video homework was a push back outta my comfort zone, this was something I once breezed thru with ease. (I used to create videos daily about a decade ago and that dwindled to zero for years as I was grieving the cyclone that hit my life. Career fall, 80% income cut, loss of a child to cancer & divorce from a 15 yr marriage alllll within the same 2-3 yr time span) yet with this video assignment, I felt myself wanting to prove something to me. That I could still push out a video with a message to deliver. šŸ˜‚ yay for getting it done. Until I critiqued myself, I was like ok Trisha, we did some word vomit in the beginning, too many words again, all about me and not enough meat and potatoes for the consumer watching. Lol! So thank you for this!! My objective was to get the video done āœ”ļø and that was accomplished and now it can only improve from here. On the partner note, Iā€™ve been sharing my enthusiasm of things with this course and my passion has been ignited. So much so that my partner has been expressing how he is ready to dive into teaching classes with me!!! Annnnd he wants to start creating for himself again- he makes his own incense. Heā€™s also a songwriter, singer, guitarist etc and has recently started a reggae band, so we have had some distance while he was putting together a concert and bombarding himself with practice sessions with the band. He is somebody I donā€™t have to teach, I donā€™t have to uplift, all I have to do is support. So to see him ready to pour into the things I also enjoy, was a turning point for us. Thank you šŸ™šŸ¼ Devoting time for me, helped him to devote time to us.

Personal win
On a personal win, I finally feel comfortable with this reggae beat Iā€™ve been trying to learn on the drums. Iā€™ve been practicing anywhere from 3-5 hours 4 days a week, today I could feel that commitment level pay off.
