The end is the beginning
Feeling like I’ve gone through a whirlwind or rebirth of sorts recently. Very grateful for this container that was so carefully curated and delivered. It’s given me hope, perspective and a fresh slate to commit to being the embodiment of what my message is 🔥 Which is still being refined hence why I’ve yet to post a carousel. I am still challenging myself to do so with the newfound awareness and tools to do so in a new way.

I noticed that I have been over pouring into my partner vs my own self. Committing to this course was one of the pivotal moments for me to grip the steering wheel with two hands and steer my self back on course. As I’ve been diving in each day, I can say the video homework was a push back outta my comfort zone, this was something I once breezed thru with ease. (I used to create videos daily about a decade ago and that dwindled to zero for years as I was grieving the cyclone that hit my life. Career fall, 80% income cut, loss of a child to cancer & divorce from a 15 yr marriage alllll within the same 2-3 yr time span) yet with this video assignment, I felt myself wanting to prove something to me. That I could still push out a video with a message to deliver. 😂 yay for getting it done. Until I critiqued myself, I was like ok Trisha, we did some word vomit in the beginning, too many words again, all about me and not enough meat and potatoes for the consumer watching. Lol! So thank you for this!! My objective was to get the video done ✔️ and that was accomplished and now it can only improve from here. On the partner note, I’ve been sharing my enthusiasm of things with this course and my passion has been ignited. So much so that my partner has been expressing how he is ready to dive into teaching classes with me!!! Annnnd he wants to start creating for himself again- he makes his own incense. He’s also a songwriter, singer, guitarist etc and has recently started a reggae band, so we have had some distance while he was putting together a concert and bombarding himself with practice sessions with the band. He is somebody I don’t have to teach, I don’t have to uplift, all I have to do is support. So to see him ready to pour into the things I also enjoy, was a turning point for us. Thank you 🙏🏼 Devoting time for me, helped him to devote time to us.

I admit this wasn't from an original 4000 character piece I wrote myself... but I wanted to apply the learnings ASAP and this morning I made a carousel in Canva, followed Nico's advice as best as possible. I also made a 3 second reel with cool drums using the last slide, also made an IG story using same drums. And the carousel has already had 26 saves and 5 shares... Thanks Nico :)

Community Gossip from my clients
You won't believe what I keep hearing from my community... I'm talking about men aged 45-55 years old, who only had one or 2 relationships in their life and never learned how to meet women and date. After going through divorce, they realise how crazy the world of dating and women is these days. I keep hearing about some men having incredible dating experiences far beyond what they have experienced before in life, and having so much fun. It fills me with Joy.
