My name is Trevor Alexssen and I live in Portland, Oregon. My goal is to run a sub 20 5k by the 30th of October. (Current PR is 20:34) I would rate my health at a 6/10 becuase I run 5/7 days a week for at least an hour but my diet isn’t too hot.
I generally have a Cross Country meet every week (on Wednesday). On Mondays I usually train hills (3-400 meter hill repeats), Tuesday is a recovery day (so 2 miles), Thursday workout (40-50 minute run), Friday recovery day (2 miles), Weekends are easy runs with my dad
