How much kcal should i eat in order to get muscle mass fast? I've been doing some training for few months nke but yet i dont see much progress and i belive my diet is the issue. And some people say just eat as much as you can, others say just a bit above your baseline and i dont know now. Any help would be appriciated💪🏽💪🏽
