I did get 8 hrs of sleep last night. Although I did wake up once during the night, I fell back to sleep rather quickly. The sleep tips did help. I felt good this morning and my focus has been good.
I am passionate about breathwork and this challenge! Breathwork is a game changer for me. I have been doing it daily unassisted and with an app thanks to @Julie Fratantoni. I chose Option 1 today. It definitely helps move my body and mind into a relaxed and focused state. I have used this technique many times, especially prior to medical appointments and just before speaking engagements. It definitely helped with my focus today. I wish I had known this years ago.
Also, I have done the breathwork technique in Option 2 before today, but didn’t know all that @Julie Fratantoni taught us today. I’m excited to try it more. Thank you, @Julie Fratantoni
