I want to start a 300 day challenge to strengthen my forearm, where should I start and should I do the challenge daily without leaving a day for recovery? Waiting for your advice.
@Anuj Sarvang Previously my forearm was very thin, during which time I took it seriously and I started two exercises (super set forearm exercise and stretching exercise). I practice for one day and the next day I don't exercise and so on and I noticed an increase in the weights and muscle size of the forearm Now we can quit sports for a while and I want to come back and find your advice useful and I will keep it in mind, thank you.
