@Shaan White the cosmic joke ;) see things from atop of the mountain versus from ground level allows us to “see” different perspectives, a subtle shift in POV. ☺️

Did we collapse time?
Today while taking our daughter to school, I got a text from a friend whose daughter goes to the same school informing me that there were several delays due to a truck that was on fire and everything was backed up. We live in the same neighborhood and her WAZE app said it was delayed by 30 min and that we’d most likely be late to school. We did run into traffic but stayed completely present in the moment knowing that “delays” are time constructs of the mind. Embodying the pure presence of the now moment, without concern about making it on time or not; we enjoyed our short trip to school. Matter of fact, while we could see “heavy traffic” all around us, we proceeded to get to school with three minutes to spare. My friend, unfortunately was quite delayed. Before, we would be caught up in stressful thoughts and make decisions in a panic to attempt to make it on time. Now, with a deep understanding of knowing that being present to the current moment, NOW, we access an endless source of possibilities, our intuition becomes heightened and our experiences seem to FLOW. Have you ever collapse time? Ever enjoyed chatting with someone that you thoroughly enjoyed or did an activity that you were so engrossed in only to look and see two hours had passed when it seemed like a small amount of time passed by?

🤔 Level 2 vs. Level 3: Let’s Discuss! 🌱
Hey everyone! Let’s open up a conversation that can deepen our collective understanding and spark new insights. 💡When it comes to shifting from Level 2 (Hustle & Grind) to Level 3 (Ease & Flow), there are some key differences in beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. Understanding these differences can be a game-changer for your growth. 👉 Question for Discussion: What are the common beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that distinguish Level 2 from Level 3? To get you thinking: - What does your inner dialogue sound like at Level 2 vs. Level 3? - How do your reactions and decisions differ? - What feelings arise in each level, and how do they influence your actions? 💬 Drop your thoughts in the comments below! Let’s share our experiences and learn from one another. Whether you’re reflecting on your own journey or drawing from what you’ve observed, your insight could be the perspective someone else needs today. 🌟 Looking forward to hearing your take! 📝✨

@Shaan White that is beautiful self-awareness thank you for sharing. I too can relate. If I feeling that tightness feeling in my stomach/chest, I immediately know it’s pointing me to Level 3, by seeing that I’m caught up in my limited, conditioned thinking that in the moment does not serve or rather they are presenting themselves. And knowing that thoughts are transitory, not fixed, I know if I just back off the gas peddle per se, or let go of trying to “figure it out”, let go wanting to “know” in the moment, I know that a fresh new thought will surface when I allow it to, perhaps when I am focusing on other things, or taking a walk, doing other things. New fresh, inspired thinking, the gifts of Divine Mind. ☺️

@Shaan White nature definitely is a guide. I know we focused so much on feelings in other modalities, and when one looks at it deeply, all feelings point to a sponsoring “thought” that initiated the feeling. We have found we can instantly release from this new point of view.
Are we missing out on opportunities?
Quantum science says where we put our focus, energy flow and expands. There is a brain mechanism called the RETICULAR ACTIVATING SYSTEM (RAS) which is responsible for filtering incoming sensory information, allowing the brain to focus on important stimuli while ignoring less relevant data. Ever decide on what kind of car you'd like, color and model and suddenly you begin to see them everywhere? That's your RAS operating. Here's some funWORK: Decide on an object you'd like to attract into your awareness. It can be totally random, a butterfly, a specific car with a certain license plate, a coin, anything that is random. Identify what the object is, then let it go. See what happens. The other day I decided to attract a "purple" bus. I knew this could be nearly impossible because it is SUPER rare to ever see a purple car, yet a purple bus in the area where we live. Within 24 hours, we saw a "purple" bus. It begs to wonder, how many opportunities are we missing out by not putting our awareness to focus on what we want to attract versus constantly focusing on what we don't have? Either way, our RAS is always working for us.
