Embarrassing myself but I need help
My swing is atrocious and has so many problems and I’m wondering what I can do to better it because I’ve been putting in more work than ever but I’m getting worse

Hi Emory, Your base is narrow. Work on getting wider, your bat width apart. Check out Lane’s instagram and you’ll see all his hitters have a good wide base at launch. That may start to address the forward lunging you have going on. You don’t have drag, so that’s great! Keep grinding, you got this. Work on this, update us in a few weeks and we can talk about your bat path.

Lead Elbow working up
Looking for some feedback on lead elbow direction at launch. My son, Noah bottom hand(lead elbow) works out and up. Any drills he can try to level out that lead arm?

Hitting is Hard
Hello from Barrie, ON! It’s been 8 crazy years coaching this game that seems to be changing all the time, especially hitting! It wasn’t until 2 years ago when my fellow coach Yannick went to South Carolina to be certified by Jake Epstein, that we really understood hitting. IG can be a dangerous place with misguided information if you don’t know what you’re looking for. That’s when we found OK Swings! Lane truly understands the science behind the madness.
