Hello from Barrie, ON!
It’s been 8 crazy years coaching this game that seems to be changing all the time, especially hitting! It wasn’t until 2 years ago when my fellow coach Yannick went to South Carolina to be certified by Jake Epstein, that we really understood hitting. IG can be a dangerous place with misguided information if you don’t know what you’re looking for. That’s when we found OK Swings! Lane truly understands the science behind the madness.
