@Sameer Korde sir, no, it's not possible with Sangam CRM. Instead, you can export all of your contacts from Google Contacts and import them into Sangam CRM.

@Rachna Rankawat Please Turn Off the NotificationAccess Permission and Turn On again Go to SangamCrm Mobile app > Setttings > ChatBot Settings>WhatsApp Chatbot Settings> WhatsApp Chatbot turn Off and turn On again
ChatbotReplies Generate 4 Leads into CRM

Importing Contacts to Sangam CRM from Samparksethu
I have imported conatcts from samparksethu to sangam CRM. Importwas successfull but problem happened with Tags. As I found after importing Tags does not contain equal number of contactsin CRM as in Samparksethu. i.e for example I have got Tag AP ENVIRONMENTAL in which total 1023 contacts in samparksethu but in CRM I have got only 20 contacts. Please guide me

@Zameer New Vision Constructions Thank you for sharing the file. While testing, I have found that this contact was imported from CSV, and during the import process, it was selected not to be saved in contacts. That's why it was only showing in Samaprksetu Tag and not showing in exported data.
WhatsApp Campaign
Hi ! I am Testing a WhatsApp img campaign. I have set image in the quick reply in the whatsapp business on the mobile. While running the campgain, the messages appears in sangam CRM app on the mobile. Clicking on the Play button it opens the Whatsapp on the App & shows the quickreply text in the messagebox of whatsapp. It doen't send it automatically. I have to select the image & press the send button on the whatsapp everytime. where am I making the mistake ? Pelase guide

@Chirag Patel sir! We've noticed that you're currently using an older Android device with Android Version 5.0.2. Unfortunately, campaign automation dose not support for this version. Here are the device specifications required for Sangam Mobile CRM: - Minimum 4GB of RAM. - At least 64GB of storage. - Your Android Version must be 7 or higher (excluding Android GO Edition).
