Hi ! I have created contracts for Hardware AMCs & Tally Software Subscription . I want to send the end customer mail before 1 week of the expiry of the contract or Tally Subscription. It seems simple but unfotunately I am unable to acheive the desired results. Can some one help me with this ?

HI ! I have a customer who is having office at 2 or 3 Locatios. While creating a ticket for that customer how do I select the address at which the engineer shall visit ?

Hi ! What is the use of Assigned To field in customer form ? If I assign a customer to my team member A. While creating a ticket for that customer, will the system automatically assigned to member A ? Or what other significance it has

How To Show the Pending tikcets only due in coming week in Open section of OPR Dashboard ?
Hi ! I am configuring Contract for AMC & Subscriptions. For AMC there is an Automation Feature that creates PMS tickets Automatically as per no of Preventive Maintenance visits we specify . These tikcets are to be attended in future . But currenlty these tickets are also visible on my Team's Dashboard under Open Section as well as it is shown to the engineer also on his Dashboard on mobile as pending Tickets. How do i show only the tickets which are currently due on OPR Open Section of the Dashboard ? (Why should he see the tickets which is to be attened after 6 months from now & they are a lot)

Dear Pavan, This will show the Ticket which is having Due date marked for today. It will not show the pending tickets already with the engineer. If I select This week from the Periodic tab on the dashboard, it shows copleted as well pending tickets. What I want to show them is The Ticket whose status is pending & due date is Today + 7days.
