I am configuring Contract for AMC & Subscriptions.
For AMC there is an Automation Feature that creates PMS tickets Automatically as per no of Preventive Maintenance visits we specify . These tikcets are to be attended in future .
But currenlty these tickets are also visible on my Team's Dashboard under Open Section as well as it is shown to the engineer also on his Dashboard on mobile as pending Tickets.
How do i show only the tickets which are currently due on OPR Open Section of the Dashboard ? (Why should he see the tickets which is to be attened after 6 months from now & they are a lot)
