WhatsApp Campaign
Hi !
I am Testing a WhatsApp img campaign.
I have set image in the quick reply in the whatsapp business on the mobile.
While running the campgain, the messages appears in sangam CRM app on the mobile. Clicking on the Play button it opens the Whatsapp on the App & shows the quickreply text in the messagebox of whatsapp. It doen't send it automatically. I have to select the image & press the send button on the whatsapp everytime. where am I making the mistake ?
