There is a lot of posts on how people get their traffic but when I dig into people who have high traffic. They have a massive following on different platforms and they move those people across.... They then put out post "like I gained 1k followers in one week' but they already have traffic. How are smaller creators with small followings on different social media network gaining traffic?

The BEST connections you make are on Zoom. It's how people bond, and how groups become real communities. People that meet you on a Zoom are 10X to 20X likely to engage with your content, feel connected to you, and be actively engaged members of your groups. Here's our #1 Strategy to Help You Grow Your Group: 🗓 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 There are a two basic ways to exchange events: 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 #𝟭: Co-hosted Event ~ where two different group owners co-host the SAME event, and you promote the event in BOTH of your groups. Note: this is the easiest type of event, because you're maximizing the number of people that will come to one event. 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 #𝟮: Event Trades ~ where you trade a chance to host an event in someone else's group, in exchange for them hosting an event in your group at a different time. Note: the advantage of this is to showcase your expertise to a new audience as a featured expert. Because you're being introduced as an expert to a new audience, you enter with authority because you stand out as having been chosen by the leader of that group as an expert worth featuring. 📅 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 Here are a few event types you can create: (𝟭) 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀: Where you teach something to the audience. (𝟮) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽: Where you leader the audience through a process interactively. (𝟯) 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Where you host a networking session to connect with people for a specific purpose. The purpose is important and should be chosen intentionally to connect with the people you'd like to attract into your group, since this gives you an opportunity to personally invite new people to join your group during the event. 📝 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲? Make a post in your group's category titled "Seeking Event Exchange to for {Niche} Group." Link to this post that explains what an event exchange is, and explain your ideas for what type of event you'd like to offer, and what type of audience you'd like to present to. You can also comment on someone's group announcement post and ask if they're open doing an event exchange.

Not far from the remote town of Hana, on the lush eastern coast of Maui, lies a hidden gem known as the 7 Sacred Pools. It’s a place of incredible beauty, where waterfalls cascade from one pool to the next, each feeding into the other in a continuous, natural flow. I remember standing there, watching the water move effortlessly from one pool to the next, completely in sync with the landscape. The water didn’t struggle or hesitate, it simply followed the path laid out for it, carving its way with time and persistence. It was in that moment that I saw a powerful truth: Success, like the flow of water, is about finding your natural path and moving with it. In the early days of my business, I often tried to force things to happen. I’d push against obstacles, thinking that sheer willpower could overcome any challenge. But watching the water flow through the Sacred Pools, I realized that sometimes, the most effective way forward is not to force a path, but to find the one that’s already there. I recalled a conversation with Ram Dass during one of our visits to the Temple of Peace. We talked about the importance of flow in life, how the greatest achievements often come not from force, but from aligning ourselves with the natural currents of our environment. This lesson transformed how I approached my work. Instead of battling against the current, I began to focus on finding where the flow was strongest and directing my energy there. It’s this philosophy that guides the way I teach high-ticket sales today. In our Skool community, we explore how to identify and align with the natural flow of opportunities. Whether it’s understanding the right market, connecting with the right clients, or crafting an offer that resonates deeply, the key is to move with the flow, not against it. Yet, I know how difficult it can be to embrace this approach. There’s often a fear that if you’re not pushing hard, you’re not making progress. The belief that success requires constant struggle is deeply ingrained in many of us.
