Hey G’s hope everyone is doing good, going to take on this challenge and become better , hope everyone is crushing it I’m a triathlete which does a huge amount of cardio , I also participate in a few nationals competitions as I’m a triathlete for my country. My goal is to bulk and gain muscle, I have been doing some home based gym sessions at my trainers house but it was not enough , I was told I should hit the gym to gain more weight and muscle as I have a national championship at the end of the year, today was my first day at the gym and it went well.
