At the end of the challenge I have seen a massive improvement in my stamina, endurance and self restraint. My clothes have also gotten more loose on me. I did make progress but I’ll still be working to achieve my ideal weight, which is 45kg
I totally forgot to post my results of the challenge. What changed? - MTB parcour from 12min to 7.5min - Quality pushup set from 25 to 35 - Biceps feel stronger - Abs got stronger, more visible. So my goal has been hit for this challenge.
