**Job Opportunities with M7**
I met with Eric of M7 Health today and they are HIRING! They're looking to fill 5-10 roles right now and likely more in the year ahead. A little bit about M7: They're focused on staff retention in healthcare, specifically nurses. The other co-founder is a nurse, so they understand the impact that a nurse's schedule has on their work life balance. The schedule determines when they sleep, what family events and holidays they miss, and what their life looks like week to week. So, they're starting with a tech-forward scheduling solution. No more clipboard on the unit with a paper schedule. Their technology takes into account unit needs, as well as nurse preferences, with transparency that no one is getting an unfair advantage or disadvantage. ❇️ Here's what's great for you! ❇️ They think that having nurses on their team to be the ones to work with facilities to roll out this technology on their units is the key to their success. No one understands the intricacies of unit scheduling and operations like a nurse, so who better to get a unit of nurses on board and acclimated to this new technology than a nurse!? They have 2 jobs they're hiring for right now: 1. Account Manager. Think of this person as the project lead/ project manager for getting this tech up and going on a new unit. This person is responsible for owning the relationships with the managers and staff in the health system and managing the work that needs to be done. 2. Customer Operations Associate. This is very much a hands on, go- do role. Instead of leading the overall project, you'd be working on specific tasks that need to be accomplished to push the implementation forward. This could mean teaching staff how to use the technology and intaking feedback from staff and management to then work with your team on a solution.

Ooo I’m interested!!!
Is Your LinkedIn Profile Ready to Make a Great First Impression?
Last week, I shared a job posting from a nurse friend who’s now a business consultant for health tech startups (proof of what’s possible!). Within 24 hours, she had over 100 LinkedIn DMs from nurses interested in the role. 💬 But here’s what she shared with me: She noticed many nurses weren’t showcasing their skills effectively on their profiles or reaching out with clear, professional messages. 👀 In today’s job market, especially for roles outside bedside nursing, your LinkedIn profile is often your first impression. If you’re messaging someone directly about a job, you have to make sure your profile is polished and tells your story. I've created a new guide to help make sure your profile stands out! The guide is free to unlock once you hit Level 5 🔓 It’s packed with actionable tips to help you: • Build a standout profile that highlights your unique nursing experience • Reframe your skills to appeal to non-clinical employers • Craft messages that grab attention and get responses Let’s get your LinkedIn profiles in shape—drop your questions about LinkedIn below! ⬇️ P.S. You accumulate points by gaining comments and likes on your posts! So get to posting to start collecting points to unlock the free guides in the classroom!

@Audrey McCollough I have done a little bit with legal nurse consultants to see if it was something I would like to do.

@Audrey McCollough I did find that people on I messages were happy to chat and it was a good experience to get an idea of what a role or industry is really like.

Hi I’m joining from Nevada. I’ve been here for almost 10 years now. I’ve been a nurse for 12 years. Most of it as a Peds er nurse. A little over a year ago I left bedside and took a sales/education role. I’m looking into finding something that is a true work from home role.

@Audrey McCollough yes I’m clinical transition specialist for a home infusion company. I work with case managers at hospitals to get patients home on antibiotics, TPN or tube feeds. I teach patients and their care givers how to do them at home. I’ve been looking heavily into legal nurse consulting, but am nervous about starting my own business.
