What's your favorite tech tool?
In speaking with M7 Health's COO and Co-Founder, I learned that a question he likes to ask during the interview is, "What is your favorite tech tool or application and why?" For the roles he hires for, he's wanting to be sure that a potential candidate is able to communicate technological concepts. This question allows him to tap into a candidates awareness of tech features and functionality, giving him an idea of your foundational understanding that he will then be able to educate and build upon. How would you answer this question? For example, I really like the Skool platform for community building. The features on posts like polls, gifs, links, and attachments make it easier to engage your audience. I also like that the calendar allows me to host virtual events that users can easily join through the community. And finally, I think that the gamification of awarding points for posts and engagement on those posts in order to unlock additional resources is a fantastic engagement tool.
