Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am looking for advice/support/ motivation. I will be running the Marine Corps Marathon in October 2024 my 2nd marathon and obviously like everyone else I want to improve on my time and all my running friends run five days a week all these long miles . I’m basically on average 11:30 minute mile depending on the Florida heat .
