Let's Go! First Post | Introduce Yourself...
Kicking this off to get the discussion started. Would love to know (if you're new to the group): (1) Quick Wiki/intro on yourself (2) What are you working on now? (3) What is your superpower? (4) What are your primary interests in B2B Sales/Marketing or in General? (5) What do you hope to get out of the group? I'll go first! (1) My name is Ben Reed. I'm a multi-time VP of Sales, Founder, and Entrepreneur. Here's my LinkedIn (happy to connect there): https://www.linkedin.com/in/benjamin-aaron-reed/ (2) I'm actively launching my personal brand at benjaminaaronreed.com. Meanwhile, I'm a full-time VP of Sales at wellsitenavigator.com. (3) My superpower is pivoting on a dime and rapidly iterating forward to working systems, methods, teams, products, etc. (4) I'm all eyes and ears focused on outbound ai email (Clay/SmartLead) and systems/stacks. (5) First and foremost, I want to meet awesome new friends and learn from super smart people that I enjoy spending time with. How about you? Looking forward to learning about you guys.

@Benjamin Reed First thing I notice is the need for better hooks. I see that in some of your videos, you start with viral clips, which is a great trend right now. Also, create an environment and use captions that match your outfit and speaking style. You're in great shape, so you can use some impressive editing styles. To reach the right audience, address very specific problems. Keep your account simple yet professional—avoid having five different links. Organize your videos so you first attract views and followers, and then, once you gain momentum, you can start making videos that provide more information and help you get clients. It may take you 3 or 7 months, but if you stay consistent and improve everyday you cannot lose, I've never seen anyone who didn't give up to lose.

Impressive editing style means you can use a type of edit that would suit your personality. From what I've seen, maybe something like this https://www.instagram.com/officialandyelliott?, which works very well and is pretty easy to do. Additionally, not making it exact but adding unique details can make it even better. You should focus on a very specific audience, like B2B agency owners, when you promote your posts and create ads. Overall, especially in the beginning, it's true that you should focus more on B2B owners because it's very hard to get the right audience. Keep in mind that the hardest thing is getting the right audience. For example, even if I make the best clips in my niche, I won't get viral with the first 30 clips because Instagram won't promote them. You need momentum, patience, and luck to get the right viewers. If you want to save time and go viral faster, promote the reels.
