Hi 👋 I am 49 and my profile picture is filtered because my self worth is low. I definitely love the idea of being healthy but definitely acknowledge I lack the willpower to stick to anything. I think sometimes we have to take accountability and maybe just care about ourselves for once. So changing everything at once is just unrealistic for some of us. So my goal is to change something every few days til I find a healthy balance without dropping off the wagon ever again. I feel like this community might be just what I need.
