Hey 馃憢 well due my failures I have decided daily that I am just changing things. Going in hard never works for me. I am going to take day by day and do better each day until I get in a healthy routine. Today I drank my water and didn't binge eat when I normally would. I downloaded the app and kept redirecting my thinking when I thought of eating crap. I am definitely not fit but slowly going to change that. Hope everyone else had a good day.
