Do we now have to use the keyword, START, instead of YES in our DR campaigns?
When I was testing a DR campaign with SMS and replied to the offer with the keyword, Yes, a notification popped up, saying that DND was enabled by the customer. So I asked HL, and Highly, the Bot, said that the temporary DND can be updated (disabled) from within the contact record and the permanent DND can only be removed if the contact replies with the keyword, “Start” or the agency shares the contacts Opt-in info with support for approval. Okay firstly, when I create the contact and hit save, the DND is already off, for all channels (SMS, Email, GBP, etc…) so I don’t have to update to disable it; it’s already disabled, and then when I reply with the keyword, Yes, the DND enabled notification pops up which shuts down the workflow. I could then go into the contact record to disable the DND and then manually move the contact to the next stage in the workflow but how efficient would that be for a SMS campaign? Secondly, when I tested the keyword, Start, the DND did disable itself, however, it still stopped the workflow which means manually, moving the contact to the next stage in the workflow. Is there something that I’m missing because the snapshot that uploaded from Robb is using the keyword, Yes.

@Paul Mascetta So there was a trigger in the Opt-out workflow that was triggering the DND and the HL support specialist removed it and it fixed the issue. He said that should not have been happening. Here is a snapshot of the trigger that he removed. I circled it in red. Not sure why that trigger was even there. The specific workflow is the Walk-in Opt-out. I messaged the admin and they asked me to submit the issue via email, which is what i did.
Is anyone here using YES as the keyword in their DR campaign?
When I test the campaign using YES as the keyword, the DND becomes enabled. Does anyone else have that issue or is it just me?

Peace and Blessings Peeps! My name is Shariah and I was just starting to run with Review Campaigns via another Agency until I saw Robb on YouTube make a comment that shifted my focus to DR. He said, if Facebook goes down, what will you or your clients do, (in terms of advertising)? Right then, I saw the importance of building a list to “reactivate”, on demand and decided that this is where I will develop my expertise. DR, in my opinion, is a more valuable service than review campaigns because it produces revenue, instead of just reviews and yet it is still a service that does not require an upfront investment from the client so you can still do free trial at no cost to you. I am so psyched about this service model and so ready to win! I’ll still do review campaigns, of course but I just won’t lead with that unless the prospect has a database of under 1000 people. Thank you @Robb Bailey for providing us with this monumental opportunity! I am extremely grateful because you could’ve charged so much more for this community. This is an opportunity of a lifetime and I feel so blessed to be apart of it.

Square - Zapier integration for Ongoing Review Campaign.
Hi guys. New to the group. Will I need to figure out how to integrate my client's Square POS system to Zapier and HIghlevel in order to automate the Google Review Process or can someone point me to an experienced freelancer who can help with this?
