I'm currently from Brandon MB, still serving. I tore my knee 2 years ago, along with a pile of other personal tragedies/issues, waited 18 months for surgery with limited mobility. This, and other life stressors led to some serious weight gain and muscle loss. The surgery went well but I can't seem to get myself back on track. I'm looking for direction and motivation with a goal of hitting silver on my fitness test.
