Big Idea
#Day 2: How To Build Your High Ticket Offer - @Josh Forti this concept of focusing on being a master communicator (leverage my podcast) x Hormozi’s value equation (where it’s easier and more profitable for us to do it - vs coach). The missing piece was leveraging the communication and platform with a message that will attract the right people/deals I want. Setting aside ‘the deliverable/implementor’ mindset - I can see if I double down on the things that are generating 7 figures/project now, and then eliminating 90% of the busy work to focus on what moves the needle, there is no reason I can’t hit my income targets in 18 months. Without going into the specifics here, I can see the path forward. I’m at min 33 and needed to write this down, to share but also to remind myself what actions to take next. Thanks Josh - very helpful

Day 1
#Day 1: How To Become A 7-Figure Coach I completed this but prefer to keep this private. I wanted to write the truth for me and not sensor based on the fact others would be reading. It was enlightening to do this exercise.

#Step 2: Creating Your BIG IDEA. (Most Important) @Josh Forti Stop Investing like Poor people (my subtitle of my podcast). Where I focus on helping entrepreneurs and professionals earning mid 6 and 7 figures who are not looking for a 2nd job (investing like the masses in real estate) and want to find cash flowing properties that pay every month. This is the essence of what I do and who I help. Many own 5-10 residential properties and realize it’s a low paying 2nd job.

Thanks Veronica!
Revised Offer after some reflection
I decided to revise the offer - and focus on who I can help. The question that I was not comfortable with for my initial offer (7 days - 10k min value to someone guaranteed) caused me to rethink and evaluate So, here it is - and is something I have done now for a few clients in the past. Not scalable (one project from start to finish can be 18-24 months), however quit profitable and high levels of certainty (as I’m involved in the delivery). Result: Build for rent - infill townhomes for rent that can pay $4k/month+. Simply, I help real estate investors who want to develop rental properties, and focus exclusively on townhouses/stacked. What they need to bring to table: $500k (or, I can show them to raise $250k - but they need min 250k) Very good credit (they are securing 1.5-2M debt- this can be solved if not, but adds another hurdle) Live in Canada Delivery in 7 Days: Solid Budget (within 10% of final cost) A schedule A schematic design (that I have used and continue to over hundreds of townhoues I develop) A list of who needs to be on their team For some clients- they have partnered with me on these projects. They are time consuming, but also profitable. As a builder/developer, we do this 3rd party for clients who already understand the process. Now, I’d like to scale and take to a broader audience who have money and may want a partner or to learn the process. Investment - stage 1 - $10k Delivery - stage 2 - variable, but can be pretty high.

thank you!
# of Clients
#Step 4: Do The Math, You're Closer Than You Think @Josh Forti I’m good with 10k (in past, I’ve had $7800) so 10k works which means 10 people. In my experience, 1-2 of 10 will want me to partner and this has led to 100k/ client (but I’m careful on who I take on in these deals) but possible.

I’ve used a simple ‘good fit quiz’ in the past and and found it helpful for determining if someone would actually get benefit from working with me. It’s similar to the characteristics a person needs to get the result.
