Hey GPP Community! Sean here from Malaysia. I've been a fitness coach for about 8 years now. For clients and prospects, I typically mention that my specialty lies in pre/postnatal training, post-rehab, and nutrition coaching but in reality, I'm really just someone who enjoys helping people explore all kinds of movement and navigate the fitness world through the noise, nocebo, and tribalism. My training principles are: - Not being married to a particular system - Focusing on the basics; don't major in the minors - No such thing as bad movement; just ones you're not ready for yet I've been following @Angus Bradley 's socials for a while now and the no-nonsense and simplicity of his content resonates a lot in my own personal practice.
