I just realised that I am quite close to levelling up. However, for the moment, I would prefer to stay on level 6, which I have gotten used to. I am just not ready yet! So please, until I say otherwise, stop hitting that like button. Thank you everyone!

How many *PUSH UP* can the entire dojo collectively complete within the span of 30 days? We're benching the kettlebell this month… to capitalize on the Push Up gains for the kettlebell's return in October! new total: 395 295 + 100 23 standard pushups. And as much as it hurts my soul to admit this, 7 sets of 11 1-pump burpees. I'm gonna go cry now. :P

Since I didn't have any time during the day, I did the training yesterday evening. Because of the summer temperatures, I was sweating within minutes. So completing the workout was really torture. Did all with one 12 kg bell. The finale ended with the original burpees (without pushups). 39 cleans for the kumite included.

The GIRYATHLON is a kettlebell fitness race with seven trials designed to showcase the kettlebell’s true power. Each trial consists out of a 400 M (0.25 miles) Run (or Row) and a unique kettlebell exercise. SEVEN TRIALS FOR TIME 1. The Trial Of The Samurai - 400 Meter Run + 10 Single Hand Swing/ Side 2. The Trial Of The Knight - 400 Meter Run + 10 Clean & Press/ Side 3. The Trial Of The Shaolin - 400 Meter Run + 10 Snatch/ Side 4. The Trial Of The Ninja - 400 Meter Run + 10 Goblet Squat 5. The Trial Of The Spartan - 400 Meter Run + 10 Windmill/ Side 6. The Trial Of The Viking - 400 Meter Run + 10 Jerk/ Side 7. So as a former member in good standing of the Local 300 chapter of the International Union of Fat Men I am prohibited from running. Unless there's a twinkie at the finish line. So I did the Giryathlon Navy with a 16kg. Had to go unloaded for the windmill on the left side cuz of a shoulder issue. But this workout is a beast. No idea what my time was cuz I wanted to see if I could get through it before worrying about time. And @Gregory Dzemaili more burpees? Really? Who hurt you? :P
