Hi everyone, I’m Sarah Aka Jacko according to my boyo Aled lol. My fitness goals are “get my shit together” I’ve completely fallen off the wagon in general. I can’t tell you the last time I was in a gym as I’m intimated by them. Can’t tell you the last time I worked out as I told myself getting my dog I would walk way more. This was 2 years ago. My other main goal is to sort my mental health out and I know these go hand in hand with fitness and nutrition. 💜
