Hello!
I’m from the UK, near Bristol. I’ve recently had some time off with work related stress which has resulted in some symptoms affecting my personal life too. I’m keeping up with strength training, cold water swimming and all the other helpful things that thankfully I’m already doing. But counselling is helping and I’ve started a local yoga class. I’m doing the 90 day challenge to see if meditation can help me too. I did Day 1 yesterday.

Not been leaving notes for a while but I’m still here… brain been having a little blip of late. Life. Health. Covid. Ugh. But I’ve just done the nice 10 mins with Bryan he shared today. Top tip. Do it with a cat on your lap. 👌🏻🙏

Sick n tired but still here
Not been writing so much.. we’ve all had the lurgy so been on reserved energy. Still meditated every day even if I’ve missed a few on here I’ve caught up and kicked my self up the bum to come on today. Battery low but not down n out

Sleepy tea and Bryan 🙏
Relax before sleep on a loop at the mo. It’s helping me switch to neutral. The pace of my brain and the pace of my thoughts are not always easy to reckon with. Valerian tea and this meditation before bed has me drifting zzzzz in some sort of unity 🛶
