I'm using my black eye mask that blocks light and that has made such a difference in my sleep. 8 hours hasn't happened yet but I've been consistent with 7. I just need one more hour. šŖš½
I tried this morning but wasn't successful. I'll try tomorrow morning again and see how it goes. I didn't grab it right away but it was before the 30 minute time for sure.
I was so nervous about trying the breaks that I had to take the micro break, which is the easiest one. š I had to put a timer on my phone, close my eyes and breath in and out. It actually worked and I'm so excited that it did. Thank you, Julie. šā¤ļø I'll be trying the others as soon as the micro one becomes more second nature to me. Baby steps.
