We’ve officially kicked off Monk Mode, and I couldn’t be more hyped to start this journey with all of you! Remember, this isn’t just about doing something different—it’s about becoming someone different. It’s gonna take patience, focus, and discipline, but trust me, it’ll be worth every bit of effort. Like the quote says: “Be patient, you’re becoming a version of yourself you’ve never been before.” Every step you take, every distraction you cut out, and every habit you build is leading you to a higher version of yourself. Don’t rush the process—embrace it. Use the habit tracker to stay on task and post your progress in the community! There will be tough days, but we’re all in this together. I Ran My First Marathon Yesterday on My Birthday! 🏅26.2 Miles
Yesterday, I did something I’ve been working toward for months—I ran my first marathon on my birthday! 🎉 But let me tell you, it was not smooth at all. Everything that could’ve gone wrong pretty much did. 😅 First, my water pack’s tube wasn’t working, so I had to figure out how to hydrate every few miles without it. Then, my phone hit 10% with 10 miles left to go. I had to turn my brightness down, and from that point on, it was just me, my thoughts, and my will to finish. No music, no distractions. My phone ended up dying with 4 miles to go. Even my Fitbit restarted in the middle of the race, messing up my progress tracking. But despite everything, I finished. That’s what matters most. I learned that no matter what obstacles life throws your way, you’ve got to keep pushing and find a way to cross that finish line. It’s not about how perfect the journey is—it’s about your persistence and will to succeed. 💡 I’ll be dropping a full video on YouTube soon, so stay tuned for the full breakdown of this crazy experience.
