👋 Hi, my name is Hubert! I live in Lyon, France and I plan on writing a thriller book. I want to get these 3 things from the community: - Level up my AI writing game, - Rescue me from writer’s block disasters - Help me build a squad of fellow author pals! For fun I like to do these 3 things: - Listen Music while reading - Watch movies - Play with my dog And of curse, have fun

Branding Your Book - Fonts (helpful tool recommendation)
First impressions matter, and branding matters. Fonts can easily become an obsession when it comes to figuring out a books cover. Genre research gets us pretty far in recognizing patterns but I doubt many (if any) of us are typographers. So even if we recognize a pattern to font styles, how do we identify it to recreate it? Recently I found a cool online tool that helps with identifying fonts from an image. Pop the images you've collected while researching into here (https://www.myfonts.com/pages/whatthefont), it can identify a font with AI and get you pointed in the right direction for finding something that suits your books branding within its genre.

Branding Your Book - Fonts (helpful tool recommendation)
If you only have a key line of dialogue for your character and nothing else, AI can help you understand them better
The first part of this prompt I used is a bit of a "hack" of two of Jason's Character Prompts, but the second part is written by me. The purpose for this prompt is if you only have like, a single line of dialogue that sticks out for this one character you have in mind, but you have no idea what this character even is beyond that. I used a few models so as to get a general "idea" of who the character is before coming to my own conclusion rather than just take one specific idea I like, but do with it how you please: You are an expert at crafting well-rounded, dynamic characters. We're going to create a brief character profile for a possible [ROLE] for a [STORY]. Be sure to include at least one sentence about what drives them, their physical description, and their mannerisms for speaking, i.e. what their dialogue sounds like. Also include their Myers-Briggs profile, Enneagram type, and Clifton Strengths. The only thing I know of them at their very core is that they are a [GENERAL IDEA OF THE CHARACTER IF POSSIBLE] and the dialogues that they have (insert context if need be): [DIALOGUE]

"kind of like Facebook groups, if Facebook groups were good" Jason is consolidating his AI writing community from multiple platforms to here. Easier management for him, and easier collaboration for us.
